The short answer

Open AllRace Live. Every UK meeting publishing live timing appears there while it runs: position, gaps and lap times, updating on its own, with no account. Tap ☆ next to a driver for a free push when they go on track and when they finish.

What a timing board shows

PosRunning order right now. Arrows show who has just gained or lost a place.
NoRace number, as painted on the car, kart or bike.
DriverName and team or car, as the organiser entered them.
LastThe lap time just completed.
GapTime behind the leader (in practice and qualifying, behind the fastest lap), as the timing provider publishes it.
Best / LapsEach driver's fastest lap and laps completed (shown on wider screens).

The top of each board shows the session, the flag (green, yellow, red or chequered), the clock and how many laps have been run. If a feed goes quiet the board says so and shows when it last updated, so you never read an old order as live.

Where the data comes from

Circuits and clubs publish timing through their own timing providers; each board links to its source (“Timing by…”). AllRace reads those feeds and puts them in one place, from 0 feeds today. Finished sessions become permanent results: 1,203 sessions from 142 meetings so far, each with a page in Results and on every driver’s record.

At the circuit

Club meetings rarely have big screens. Keep the board open on your phone in the grandstand to see the order through the pit stops and who is on a fast lap. Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton, Oulton Park and Cadwell Park have free venue WiFi.

Free, and what Pro adds

Watching a board live is free. AllRace Pro adds unlimited follows, a push when a driver you follow goes on track or takes the lead, lap times and gaps on finished results, and Race Control (every live board on one screen).

Questions

How can I watch live timing for UK club racing?

AllRace Live shows every UK meeting that publishes live timing, free and with no account. Each board updates on its own and links to its timing source.

What does the gap column mean on live timing?

In a race it is the time behind the leader. On a practice or qualifying board it is the gap to the fastest lap.

Can I get an alert when a driver goes on track?

Yes, with AllRace Pro. Tap the star next to a driver on any board to follow them; Pro sends a push when they go on track and when they finish. Your first follow is free and keeps their latest result one tap away.
